Department to bring 2nd year of haunted attraction...

Central Alexander Fire Department will present year number 2 of their haunted attraction fundraiser. A few changes have been made this year such as: name & location. This year the event will be held in the lower level of the south wing of the Old Alexander Community Hospital. The attraction will be called "Intensive Scare Unit." More details below:

Dates/Times Open: Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 & 317 - 11 pm each night

Admission Price: $10 per person (You can order tickets online below, credit/debit cards at the door, or cash at the door.

Directions: From I-40 take exit 132 to Hwy, 16. Take Hwy. 16 North for approximately 15 miles. The haunted attraction will be on your left.

Description: In 1950, the Alexander Community Hospital was built to serve the citizens of Alexander County. The hospital had many services the offered to the citizens of this county which included, but not limited to surgical, radiology, CT Scan, ICU, etc. Around 2007 the hospital closed for good. This year Central Alexander Fire Department has been granted permission to house a haunted attraction in the south wing of the old hospital as a fundraiser for the department. The attraction is called Intensive Scare Unit. During your visit you will encounter the Behavorial Science Study, Nursery, Burn Unit, Electrotherapy, Surgical, Storage, Chapel, Cognitive Research, and much more.
